Homepage concepts we've designed for recruiters
Three concepts for specialist agencies in Cardiff and the South West: STEM, education and engineering. Names, people, photos, contact details and other identifying details have been changed.

What a recruitment website has to get right
Jobs that appear in Google
Each vacancy gets its own page with JobPosting structured data, so it can appear in Google's job search results. Google requires the title, description, date posted, hiring organisation and location, and recommends salary, employment type and a closing date. Filled jobs must be expired or removed, which we automate.
Compliant job adverts by default
The Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations say every advert must carry your agency's full name and say whether the role is temporary or permanent. If you state pay, you must also give the nature of the work, the location and the minimum experience or qualifications. You may also only advertise roles a client has authorised. Our job template asks for all of it, so nothing goes live without it.
No fees for candidates, said clearly
Agencies generally can't charge work-seekers for finding them work. A plain "it's free to register" message builds trust, especially with people wary of job scams.
A proper candidate privacy notice
Under UK GDPR, candidates must be told what you do with their CV, your lawful basis, how long you keep it, where you got their details (job boards count) and their right to complain to the ICO. CV uploads go securely to you, not into a shared inbox.
A real pitch to clients
Sector pages, how you work, your fees model, case studies and salary guides. Hiring managers compare three agencies before they call one; give them the reason to call you.
Fast, simple applying on a phone
Most candidates browse jobs on their phone. Short forms, CV upload from cloud storage, and "call me about this role" for people on the move.

What candidates and clients search for

|---|---|---|
| Candidates | "jobs in Cardiff", "part-time jobs Newport", "warehouse jobs immediate start" | Indexable job pages with structured data, location pages and job alerts. |
| Specialist candidates | "IT recruitment agency Wales", "engineering jobs South Wales" | Sector pages with live roles, salary ranges and the consultant who covers that market. |
| Temps | "temp agency near me", "temp jobs this week" | A temp-registration page that works on a phone in two minutes. |
| Hiring clients | "recruitment agency Cardiff", "recruitment agency for engineers" | Client pages showing your sectors, process, fees model and placements. |

Common questions from recruitment agencies
Can our jobs feed in automatically?
Usually, yes. We can build job pages from your job board or applicant tracking system's feed, or from a simple spreadsheet you update. Each job gets its own page with Google's job markup.
Will our jobs appear in Google's job search?
We add the structured data Google asks for and expire filled roles promptly. Google decides what it shows, but without the markup your jobs can't appear there at all.
How do CVs reach us?
Through a secure upload form that goes straight to your team or your recruitment system. Candidates see a clear privacy notice before they submit.
Can we have separate sections for candidates and clients?
Yes, and we recommend it: two clear front doors from the homepage, each with its own pages and calls to action.
How much does it cost?
The homepage concept is free. The full site is £495, then £69 a month for hosting, security and changes. Job-feed integrations are quoted separately if needed.
